Refund policy


From the receipt of the goods by the customer, the customer has a right of withdrawal, in a period of 14 days to return the delivered goods, whereby the costs of the return are at his expense.


Refunds can only be made for products purchased through the e-commerce website ( ), unopened and in their original packaging. In addition the goods must be in perfect condition, new, unused and with all of the tags and labels attached as well as with the receipt of the purchase.



The procedure is as follows:

The product must be complete, properly protected, in the original packaging (unopened) and, if necessary, with any accessories.


The product is checked at ( , which confirms the refund or not, in particular by checking if the product is unused/not worn, in perfect condition, no false product, in perfect condition for re-selling, as provided in the right of withdrawal, was returned.


If the goods meet the return requirements, they can be refunded or exchanged.

If the goods do not meet the return requirements, they will be sent back to the customer, who can therefore not request a refund.


Refunds will be issued within one week of receipt of the return product, subject to review and confirmation of the need for a refund.
